Description
The Expert Yoga Trainer class is divided into 7 lessons – one per week– which means it’ll only take you 7 weeks to learn to practice yoga ON YOUR OWN! (Of course, you are always free to take as long as you like at your own pace.)
Each lesson takes you through the various principles of yoga, slowly helping you to understand what yoga is all about . It also helps you to and at the same time helping you, step by step, to build your own, personal home yoga practice.
The lesson training guides are in video / text format which will help you to do right pose in a right way.
